Itinerary

Depart from Marrakech at 8:30 AM, crossing the High Atlas via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka pass. Stop at an Argan oil cooperative, then explore the stunning Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. Continue to Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Sahara.” Dinner & overnight stay.

Drive through the Draa Valley with its ancient kasbahs and palm groves. After lunch in Alnif, reach Merzouga for a camel ride into the dunes. Enjoy sunset in the desert and spend the night in a Berber tent under the stars.

Watch the sunrise in the dunes, then visit nomadic families, the Gnawa village of Khamlia, and nearby oases. Free afternoon for sandboarding or relaxing. Dinner with live Berber music. Overnight in Merzouga.

Head to Rissani and Erfoud to visit a fossil workshop. Continue to the dramatic Todra Gorges for a short hike. End the day in the beautiful Dades Valley. Dinner & overnight stay.

Drive through the Valley of the Roses and the palm groves of Skoura. Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt in Ouarzazate. Return to Marrakech via the High Atlas, arriving by 5 PM.
